The HWASHI Full Automatic Rotary Table Spot Welding Machine for capacitor cap welding is designed for automatic welding, rotating, and discharging operations. Featuring 8 welding positions, the machine enables continuous cycle working for efficient production.
The machine utilizes medium frequency inverter power source technology, offering high power factor, energy efficiency, and consistently stable, reliable welding spots. By simply changing the fixtures (welding moulds), the machine can accommodate different product types and dimensions.
The main welding component is equipped with an automatic rotating device. Operators can load up to 8 work pieces simultaneously. When welding commences, the system automatically processes each piece in sequence - after welding the first piece, the rotating device moves the next piece into position, creating a continuous cycle. Meanwhile, welded pieces are automatically discharged, allowing operators to continuously load new work pieces for uninterrupted operation.
